Hello Dr. Konior,
I am a 48 year old male. I've never had a hair transplant but tried Rogaine and Propecia unsuccessfully. My health is good, but I take a blood pressure medication daily. My brothers and father have hair loss. For 5 years my temples have receded back and the frontal area has thinned a bit. I only would like to fill in the temples and thicken the thin frontal areas. I cannot shave my head on the day of surgery, and I know this might limit how thick (dense) you can make the thin areas. I used a pen to show where I would like my temples/front to be restored. I would like them to be as thick as possible to match the rest of my hair. Am I a good candidate and are my goals realistic? How many grafts? Cost?
Sincerely, Bob Davis.
